Bookings and deposits

 

Seminars and workshops

 Places on seminars and workshops are confirmed only on completion of a booking form and full payment.

Booking forms can be completed online or downloaded and returned by post.

Payments can be made online via Paypal or by cheque.

Full instructions for bookings can be found with details of the seminar or workshop on the website on the Workshops and events page.

Places cannot be confirmed until payment has been received in full. 

Bookings for a workshop or seminar payment are non-refundable if once you have booked and paid you are then unable to attend.

Best Behaviour reserve the right to change the date, time or venue of a seminar or workshop if it is unavoidable. In the event that this does occur those with pre-confirmed bookings will be offered a choice of either a place on the new event with amended details or a full refund if this is unsatisfactory. Once confirmation to attend the amended event has been given by the attendee and received and confirmed by Best Behaviour there is no further option for a refund beyond the point of confirmation of acceptance of a place on the new amended event.

If an attendee cannot attend an event they have booked and paid for they can transfer the ticket to another attendee to attend in their place. They must inform Best Behaviour of this change in advance of the event.

 

Deposits for classes or consultations

Deposits for part payment or full payment to secure class places are non-refundable if a client is then unable to attend. 

Deposits for part payment of a behaviour consultation are non-refundable if the client is then unable to keep the appointment.
